Check me out!! I'm an immaculate split foyer and I am looking for my new owners. I have a lot to offer you: My main level is open, airy, and bright! I have a large living room with a gas fireplace, a separate dining room, and a roomy kitchen with shiny granite counters and a breakfast area. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on my main level. My favorite part is my back porch where my owners love to relax after a long day. It's a great spot to look out over my large, level fenced yard and shed. My lower level features the 4th bedroom and third full bathroom, as well as a big family room with a gas stove and a large office area that you can make into whatever you'd like. But don't take my word for it...here's what my owner has to say: 'It’s a no HOA neighborhood, very small consisting of only 24 homes. It’s always quiet and is just right for taking a leisurely stroll in the early mornings or late afternoons. The neighborhood provides easy access to all of the shopping in Fredericksburg, the mall, and other retail, and entertainment establishments. Is located within close proximity to several schools and medical facilities. Our home is nice and cozy. The foyer wows guests when they enter the home for the first time. The family room is always cool in the summertime and is nice and warm in the winter especially when you have the natural gas Dutch Oven Stove lit. There is also a natural gas fireplace in the living room that will keep you nice and cozy during the wintertime. The added sunroom is my favorite place to hang out and relax especially when it’s raining. In our bathroom, I like to wash and soak away the stress of the day in the soaking tub. The back yard is completely fenced in, nice and inviting, an excellent place to sit and pass the time or simply throw some food on the grill “Bon appetite”.' I won't last long...come see me today! ;-)
