My boss David dealt with Justin and wanted to share the experience…My experience with Justin was absolutely amazing. He was on top of everything and handled our sale promptly and with care. My efforts were made minimal due to him handling some of the small repairs that were necessary to get us to closing. I have never had such wonderful service from any other realtor that I have used in similar situations. I will not be using any other realtor in the future to handle buying and selling of properties other than Justin.

Justin is the best. Very knowledgeable of his profession. Friendly , courteous and to the point. Sets everything up that has to be done from start to finish. Great photos of house , sold house in one week. Went through settlement in a breeze. He did all the work we signed papers. Can’t say enough good things about Justin , great person. Great family man also.

Justin was absolutely incredible. It doesn’t get better than him. Selling a house is inherently a stressful process - but he truly makes it as smooth as possible. From beginning to end he really was fantastic. He is personable, honest, hard working and dedicated. His friendly personality truly made the experience great for us. Easy, open communication and always providing his guidance through every phase of the process. He makes you feel like you’re his only client! He was SO easy to work with..which in my opinion is the most important part of buying/selling real estate. His transaction coordinator Lyndsey was also absolutely fantastic! She is on top of everything and so sweet and helpful!Not only did we get multiple offers on our house, they were all over asking. When Justin says “trust the process”, listen to him. He’s a master of his work and you WILL be satisfied with the outcome! But aside from that, you will also feel like you met an amazing person along the way. Justin took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. He showed us some properties that weren't just right for us but ultimately found the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood at the perfect price. He is very knowledgeable of the area. He guided us through all aspects of closing, comparing financing options such as contingent vs cash buyer, etc. Of equal importance, he referred us to great local resources: an excellent home inspector and various home maintenance and improvement contractors.
